Fire Rated & Fire Exit Doors
In addition to communal entrance doors, ABCA also supplies and installs a range of internal and external steel fire rated doors, as well as non fire rated final exit doors. These solutions are designed to provide safe, compliant means of escape while maintaining security and durability.
We offer final exit doors complete with panic hardware, ensuring safe and efficient egress in emergency situations. While external doors do not always require a fire rating, this will depend on their location and use. For example, doors opening onto external communal areas may still require fire rated performance. Our team will assess your specific requirements and provide clear guidance to ensure full compliance.
For internal applications, we supply and install fire rated steel doors, commonly used in areas such as plant rooms and gas meter cupboards. These doors can be fitted with louvre panels where ventilation is required, with all specifications tailored to suit the building and client needs.
