Care on Call Warden Call Contract
ABCA's North West Branch have been awarded the repair and maintenace contract for all of Salford City Councils "Warden Call" units until 2015
The service that is run by Care on Call, covers the Salix Homes & City West Housing stock, as well as private customers in the area.
Consisting of the the service and repair of over 2500 disperesed units across the borough, it is vital that these units are in premium working order as they are the vital link should one of the service users need assistance.
Offering a 1 hour reponse 24/7, we are confident that we can ensure the safety and confidence of all of these service users knowing that should a unit fail, we will have a replacement or repair within 60 minutes, commented ABCA Branch Manager Colin Prescott
